Who we are

Safe'N'Clean is an exterior cleaning business operating in Leicester and Leicestershire. You can reach us at info@safenclean.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the service you're interested in, your description of the job and your preferred way of being contacted. An email address, property type and a photo of the job are optional.

We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address. This is used only to limit repeated automated submissions and cannot be used to identify you.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, quote for the work and arrange the clean. If you tick the optional marketing box, we may also contact you occasionally about seasonal cleaning. That box is separate and never ticked in advance, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your details or share them for marketing. Enquiries are stored in our website's secure database and emailed to us so we can respond. Our website hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to quote, carry out work and handle any follow-up, and then remove them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email info@safenclean.co.uk and we'll deal with it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
